  • To do an FFT

    1. Enter the time domain data in the Time Domain Data box below with each sample on a new line. For complex (I and Q) data, the real and imaginary components should be on the same line saparated by a comma.

    2. Select the Window from the drop down menu (if you are not sure which window to use the default is good choice for most things).

    3. Press the FFT button.

  • To do an Inverse FFT

    1. Enter the frequency domain data in the Frequency Domain Data box below with each sample on a new line. For complex (I and Q) data, the real and imaginary components should be on the same line saparated by a comma.

    2. Press the Inverse FFT button (note that no window function is used for the inverse FFT).

  • The time or frequency domain graphs can now be viewed by clicking the Time Domain Graph or Power Spectrum buttons.

  • To generate sample time domain data click the Sample Data button.
